With a bit of heat it will tighten up a bit and be even better. Last year was the first time I'd seen it so thick. It's so good to have food that has some life in it again. In comparison the food from the major chains seems void of nutrition. I crave greens like these.
The garlic is already beginning to flower. The beans are flowering and it looks like it's going to be a good year for the crab apples. Ah... life!
How are others making out? I'm envious of the rhubarb!
